Charles C. Bell, Esq.

Charles C. Bell, an associate of DeAngelis, Dastur & Associates, P.C., received his B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Pittsurgh in 1973, and received the degree of Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1976.

Mr. Bell commenced the general practice of law in his own office in 1976 with an emphasis in the areas of Wills and Estate Administration, Elder Law, and Social Security disability. In 1987, he became an associate of the law firm of Hess, Reich, Georgiades, Ray & Homyak, P.C. and practiced with that entity and its successor law firms until 1999. In addition to his prior areas of practice, Mr. Bell also concentrated in the representation of the rights of injured workers under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act. He then continued this practice as an associate of Mark J. Homyak & Associates, P.C. until joining John R. DeAngelis & Associates, P.C. in April 2002.

Mr. Bell is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and all State Courts, the United Staes District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is a member of its Social Security Practitioners Committee and Estates and Trusts Section.

Mr. Bell has served on the Board of Directos of non-profit organizations devoted to helping individuals suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and other memory loss disorders, and served on the Vestry of his church. He is currently Secretary of the Dallas Lodge No. 508, F & A.M., and an elected officer of the AASR Valley of Pittsburgh.
